    We had z's cafe cater our wedding this past Friday. Carlo, the owner, was very receptive throughout the entire wedding process and was very flexible to move everything inside when a storm came in.

    The food was delicious, the catering staff did everything they needed to, and cleaned constantly!

    They were just what we needed and would hire them again!!

    Great chicken salad and friendly staff! We've been staying at Harris Hospital for the past 2 weeks, and heard great things about this place.  Just tried it for the first time today, and it was delicious.  They're only open for lunch on the weekdays...10-2p.

    The business needs to update the address, pickup instructions and pics on this site. It has MOVED and is now inside the Women's Club further down the street on corner of Pennsylvania and Ballinger.  It's technically not a cafe anymore- they're operating out of the women's club kitchen (mainly catering orders) but you can still order a box sandwich lunch. Even the Women's Club staff who greeted me at the door didn't seem to know that Z's cafe was in there.  Minimal other offerings. I got the chicken salad sandwich with lays potato chips and fruit cup ($8.66 w/ tax)...it was good/fresh but nothing special.

    Just had a great experience with these guys. After reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance and have them cater for a business lunch. Yelp for the win again, as the group loved the food! I also learned from the lunch that the café has some extraordinary hiring practices. We should all want to support businesses like this!

    Ordered the Italian Beef/sausage wet of course Wow it was great place is small deli style joint fits great in the area has tables outside with umbrellas for shade parking along the side and back I came on Monday it was just me, Carlo and one other customer very friendly folks I'll be back.
